The power side of things Packing 2600W into a 650mm space creates a serious heat zone. It’s powerful. Really powerful. Because of that, you’ve got to be careful with your wiring. Make sure your contactors can actually handle the load, or you’ll be looking at burnt-out terminals faster than you’d like. One big win here is the carbon fiber itself. It doesn’t freak out when it gets hot and cold. While metal filaments tend to warp when you flip the power on and off, this stuff stays stable. Why carbon fiber? Here’s the thing: carbon fiber sends out infrared radiation that actually sinks into whatever you’re heating. It doesn’t just sit on the surface. It also hits operating temperature almost instantly. No more standing around waiting for your line to warm up. Plus, the heat spreads evenly across the whole 650mm length. You won’t have to deal with those annoying “cold spots” that mess up your parts. Getting it installed You can usually drop this right into most industrial drying or curing ovens. It’s pretty straightforward. But a word of warning: this thing gets hot. Fast. Check your airflow. If your housing isn’t vented properly, that heat soak will start eating your sensors and wiring. I always suggest using high-temp silicone leads when you’re wiring it up. Trust me, you don’t want your insulation melting mid-shift. It’s a beast of a setup, built specifically for those heavy-duty cycles where you need to ramp up the heat right now.
